On one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean, we offer a chef position at our hotel kitchen. Our small dive center - hotel - bar - restuarant is looking for a nice person to run our kitchen together with one local kitchen help. 60 seat restaurant with beautiful terasses overlooking the Caribbean sea (500 Meter high). 10-40 dinner daily, six day week (Sundays off) for dinner shift 2- 10pm (Fridays 3pm-12am). Buffets and special days and offers, daily specials and good and friendly workingrelationship with collegues. Chef must be a team player, cost control minded, flexible and friendly. Order and hygiene control, stock control. Most important is that the candidate can life on a small island and enjoys his/her work. Restaurant was renovated a month ago and looks like a lounge style place (black, grey, red). New menu needed. One year contract minimum, paperwork required for immigration.
