Enjoy the hostel life with us in Notting Hill (London)
We need social butterflies and party animals who wanna have a great time while making new friends from all over the world every day. Our staff is responsible for making sure our guests have the best time possible in our city. It is an incredibly social and very rewarding experience for extroverted people who love a good party, meeting new people, and being an overall tourist :)
We currently have two locations in London - Notting Hill and Waterloo. We are the best ranked hostels in England. In here you will be applying for our location in Notting Hill.
We are a very social and party hostel and our group activities are what set us apart from our competition! We need people to assist entertaining guests, light cleaning, guest services, and night shift.
You will have 4 to 5 shifts per week and two days off. Your shifts will be a mix between the following ones:
Day shift: Take the guests on an adventure!
Every day there is a different activity, sometimes you will have to take the guests on a tour around the city, or maybe you will go with them to a viewpoint, or to the most touristic attractions here. Basically you will explore the city with them.
Party shift: THE LIFE OF THE HOSTEL! This shift is the most fun! You will cook dinner for all our guests and staff, always veggie! After you will lead the drinking games and then you will take the group to a bar and then to a club (keep in mind that the entrance of the club is not always free)
Night shift: Guardian of the fort You will take care of the hostel between midnight and 8 am. Tasks include light cleaning, folding laundry, welcoming new guests and controlling the noise.
Rules:
Punctuality for every shift.
Contribute to achieve the best customer experiences through the highest standard of customer service.
Highest level of communication, important about leaving dates, holidays, illness but also day to day activities within the hostel and with our other hostels.
