Customer coach job in Dublin We believe that our customer success coaches not only provide support for our customers, but that they are ambassadors for our company and its culture. Customer success coaches are responsible for on-boarding, educating, and supporting our customers in a global, 24/7 support environment. Support includes, but is not limited to, resolving simple issues such as username and password problems, helping customers to setup and configure online accounts, assisting with navigating around the application, and troubleshooting application issues. We require: Hospitality Experience (hotels or hostels) Be proactive with customers at all times during customer interaction. Be an encyclopedia of knowledge about the application and stay current about changes and enhancements. Our product team moves REALLY fast, so this is tricky. Deliver service and support to end-users using phone, instant chat, and ticketing platform. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services. Diagnose user-related or technical issues with the application. Research required information using available resources. Follow standard processes and procedures. Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications. Redirect issues to appropriate resources. Accurately process and record all transactions into our ticketing platform. Help retain and encourage customers undergoing trials to convert to paying customers. Organize ideas and communicate oral and written messages appropriately to employees and customers. Interested?
