1.Two assistant managers in a 60-bed hostel in Belfast
Free accommodation. Shared room between the two assistant managers. Shared bathroom. Instead of providing free meals, we will be giving out £150 per week for you to go and get your own food.

Experience is a plus but not necessary. We need someone who has common sense and can learn fast. General computer knowledge necessary (we use backpackonline, hostelbookers backoffice and google spreadsheet mainly). It is long hours and hard work. If you are lazy, please do not reply. Please also do not apply if you can't work under pressure or are a slow-learner.

Job duties include but not limited to -
1. preparing rota for a team of up to 8 volunteers
2. prepare and serve breakfast
3. cleaning and changing beds
4. check-in people correctly by telling them about the hostel and about the surrounding area
5. prepare and serve dinner
6. make guests feel like home and enjoy their stay
7. process bookings correctly in the system, check on volunteers' work, answer guests' enquiries
8. stock control
9. training volunteers

You can make extra money by doing walking tours/ pub crawls. We do collective responsibility so both of you would have to check on each other's work and co-operate and work with each other.

2. Volunteer in a 60-bed hostel in Belfast -- Immediate position available!
Free accommodation. Mixed dorm. Shared bathroom. Food will be provided - menus and cooking to be organized by managers and volunteers themselves.

Duties:
- reception work at hostel (process bookings, guests' enquiries, checking in etc.)
- cleaning

It will be around 30 hours per week. We only take people who can stay for three or more weeks for this position. Please include "Belfast volunteer" in your email subject

Duties:
Help with cleaning everyday for around 2 hours, depends on how fast you work and how busy the hostel is

4. Hostel and restaurant volunteer at the Giant's Causeway - Immediate position available!
It will be free accommodation at the hostel. Mixed dorm room. Shared bathroom. Food will be provided - menus and cooking to be organized by volunteers themselves.

Duties:
- collect and wash dirty plates on tables in the restaurant
- help with cleaning in the restaurant before closing
- help with hostel work (making beds, cleaning bathroom, kitchen and common area)
- reception work at hostel (bookings, guests' enquiries, checking-in etc.)
