Join the STAY Hostel & Bar Crew – Summer Season 2026 Rhodes, Greece
At STAY Hostel & Bar, we’re looking for friendly, easy-going, and responsible people to join our team for the summer season 2026.
If you’ve got great communication skills, love meeting people from all over the world, and know how to stay calm even when the coffee machine decides to rebel — we’d love to meet you!
We’re hiring for:
Receptionist / Barista
8 hours per day / 6 days per week
A mix of classic reception tasks (check-ins, guest info, admin, payments) and bar work (coffees, snacks, cocktails, friendly vibes). Basically — you’ll be the person who makes guests feel instantly at home.
Bartender / Receptionist
8 hours per day / 6 days per week
You’ll be behind the bar mixing drinks, chatting with guests, keeping things organized, and creating the lively atmosphere that STAY is known for.
There are also some reception duties (check-ins, payments, etc.) — variety guaranteed.
Night Shift
8 hours per day / 6 days per week
You’re the calm presence when most of the island sleeps. You’ll handle late check-ins, make sure everything stays safe and quiet, and prepare the bar and reception for the next day — keeping the good vibes going 24/7.
Dates
Positions start April 1st or May 1st, 2026, until October.
