So, summer is almost upon us and for those of you who might not know, ITS CRAZY in Tallinn! This is why we need help just with cleaning on the busy days! We are a social hostel with one of the best bars in town, so be prepared to have fun! Job we need done : Changing of beds, removing linen and making them look ace! Wiping down the beds Vacuuming and mopping the floors Wiping down all surfaces in the room Removing any trash Making sure laundry is constantly rotated. What we require : Motivation, strong work ethics Advanced level of English (no other language is required) Ability and willingness to work as part of a team Customer service skills Eye for detail Basic understanding of hostels Outgoing personality, initiative, keen to socialise What we offer: Great international team (beard friendly) Half and full time positions (2 to 6 shifts of 5 hours, per week) Decent wage which is enough to cover expenses while living in Estonia Accommodation in staff flat for 2 shifts a week (one room would be shared between 2-3 people) 2 shifts a week goes to your accommodation!
