Two Duty Managers for Llandudno Hostel on the North Wales Coast
Llandudno Hostel is a beautiful Victorian mansion house, based in the middle of the vibrant town of Llandudno. With great shopping, beautiful beaches, natural beauty and many activities close by it is a great place to live. The hostel specialises in accommodation for school groups, international tourists and families staying in our picturesque town.
We are looking for a couple (or two single friends) to join our successful team in a live in position. The accommodation is free (but does not include food) and is given in exchange for night porter duties as required.
The contract is for 30+ hours per week each, 7months temporary contract with a possibility of becoming permanent or extending the contract for another fixed term. Ideally we would like you to start as soon as possible but by the end of March 2012.
Duties include the general day-to-day running of the hostel, great experience for potential manager of hotels or hostels as the tasks are varied and give a great overview of the running of such establishments. The duties include bed changing, cooking, waiting on, laundry, roller ironing, cleaning, welcoming guests, answering emails and telephone amongst other duties.
Wages start from £6.50 per hour and may increase depending on experience and performance.
Start Date to be agreed, contract to end of October 2012.
