Volunteer Position by the ocean, in a yoga hostel that feels like home

We are looking for someone with hospitality experience who wants to be part of a small, intimate and well-cared-for hostel, where closeness, shared living and respect for human rhythms are essential. We are a yoga hostel, located in a quiet coastal village in Gran Canaria. Life here moves at a gentle pace, community forms naturally, and care is present — both for guests and for the team behind the space.
This is a long-term position with a legal contract for someone who wants to stay, contribute and be part of the project for at least 6 months. We do not make any paper work as it takes money and time so we only accept people who have worked in advance in Spain or Spanish people

Requirements:
Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)
Proven experience in: Hostel / hotel / guesthouse reception
Housekeeping and cleaning
A hospitality-driven approach, with attention to detail and guest care Proactive, reliable and problem-solving Comfortable with shared living and a small-team dynamic

Responsibilities
Warm, professional guest reception
Check-in / check-out
Basic reservation management
Cleaning rooms and common areas

Optional Yoga teachers are welcome. There is a possibility to offer classes and earn extra income, though this is not required.
