DimAL Hostel Almaty is located in the very heart of Almaty city. Our address is Zholdasbekov street 9/2, 4th floor, Samal-1, Almaty city, Kazakhstan. There are 6 rooms for a total of 50 guests in the hostel, including: one 4-bed female room; one 4-bed male room; one 6-bed mix room; one 12-bed female room; one 12-bed male room and one 12-bed mix room. All the rooms are equipped with metal bunk beds with curtains for privacy, orthopedic mattresses, free linens and towels, air conditioners (AC), central heating system, ventilation, mobile hangers, mini desks, desktop lamps, chairs and soft armchairs. All the rooms and public areas of the hostel are modern and newly renovated. There are balconies with glass windows in some rooms. Some windows are faced to a park from one side and to tall buildings and city sights from another.The hostel is equipped with 6 showers, free hairdryers, wardrobes inside shower rooms, 3 toilets (WC) with free toilet paper, liquid soap and paper towels available; two 4-bed dormitory rooms have sinks and mirrors; free metal lockers in the lobby area to store your valuables; fully equipped kitchen for a free public use; mini shop with household and food products; refrigerator with drinks; laundry; lobby with a cable TV. The entire hostel has a free Wi-Fi Internet access. The hostel is constantly monitored by video cameras and is 24 hour secured by armed security agents. While in the hostel you may also use for an extra fee the laundry and ironing service, print and copy, and a foreign passport police registration service. The hostel staff speaks English, Spanish and Russian.There is also a private tour company DimAL Travel operating in the hostel and arranging: visa-support invitation letters for Kazakhstan visas, private & group Kazakhstan sightseeing tours, Almaty airport pick-up & drop-off service, Almaty ground transportation with a chauffeur, services of licensed tour guides and interpreters.The hostel is situated on the 4th floor of a 16-teen storey building which is the residential part of the Eurasia mall. There are beauty shops, 2 cafés, one 24 hour restaurant, karaoke bar, ATMs, boutiques, pharmacy, dental clinics, educational center in the Eurasia mall.DimAL Hostel Almaty is located next to all the following city sights such as: residence of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, city hall (Almaty city authorities), Kazakhstan state museum with the Golden Man represented, Republic square, Kok-Tobe mount easily accessible by a new gondola or a bus, Kazakhstan hotel, etc. There are the US, Canadian and the Great Britain’s consulates along with one of the most famous malls of Almaty city – Dostyk Plaza just across the street. Dostyk Plaza has Cinemax with 10 cinema halls, bank offices, food courts, restaurants, cafés, famous brand boutiques, super market and a 24 hour restaurant Grand Central Almaty.
