We are looking for volunteers to join the team in our EcoMAMA & CocoMAMA Hostels, Amsterdam as a Hostel Team Member.....interested?? If you are looking for job that offers a short term 3 month contract, monthly pay, shared accommodation and flexible hours this might be for you. We want people who love hospitality, travel, meeting new people, creating memorable experiences and having some fun along the way. You will need to have a work permit for the Netherlands and a BSN (we can help with that if needed)

Role Snapshot:
Our shifts run Monday to Sunday consisting of morning, evening and overnight support shifts. You will support the management team in the day-to-day running of the hostels, ensuring our guests have the best time while staying with us. You will help create a vibe that is in-tune with our brand, rely on your people skills ensuring we give all our guests a positive experience while staying with us and making sure the hostel looks its best at all time both in the public areas and in the guest rooms
Who are you?
You are passionate about delivering a great guest experience, who can put our guests needs first, has strong people skills and who is not afraid to be brave or to be the best they can be. You can work in a fast-paced environment, use initiative, and work well under pressure and independently. You are fun, energetic, are open to new challenges and has a passion for travel and the hospitality industry, the ability to speak English and Dutch is an advantage but not a necessity for the role
