New Hostel in Colorado on 4 acre ranch next to Denver International Airport hiring 1 paid staff and 1 work trade exchange

I am opening a new hostel here in Colorado. We open on December 1st. I already own a number of other hostels, though this will be the largest yet, so I am not new to the industry. This particular hostel is by the Denver International Airport and will see a large amount of in transit travelers as well as visitors to Colorado itself.
We will have 40 beds. We are also on 4 acres of land and the property itself is very large. We will serve light food and snacks free of charge to guests.
Because of the nature of the Layover Lodge, we will not have the traditional check in check out times and will have a lot of people likely also waiting for flights.
I want somebody with hostel experience to work and possibly manage. We will have a couple work traders as well. The paid position will essentially be a managing position. The salary is generous. You will be responsible for ensuring reservation requests on airbnb are answered in a timely manner, as well as questions. You also will coordinate check ins for that day and ensure guests are comfortable, and the property is operating well. This will be a full time job.
For the work trader, you will have either have to work a few hours in the morning doing daily tasks, or a few hours in the evening. We will provide food though for work traders on top of the free board, and can possibly provide extra work for pay to ensure that everyone can make money while having a good learning experience.
Colorado is a beautiful state in the middle of the US. It's a great experience working here.
