The HI-Trinity Skerwink Hostel is a small Hostel in rural Newfoundland. We are situated less than 200m from the trail head of the Skerwink Trail, a world class hiking trail voted in the Top 35 walks of North America and Europe. This 5.3km trail offers beautiful views of the local coastline, cliffs, sea stacks, humpback whales and historic Trinity.
The Hostel began operating in 2011 and has grown exponentially in recent years. With a booming tourism economy on the Bonavista Peninsula, the Skerwink Hostel is the leader in Budget Tourism in Newfoundland.
We have 4 Private Rooms, 1 Six-Bed Dorm, 2 Four-Bed Dorms and Campsites. The Hostel and adjacent Bungalow can be rented privately for groups such as family reunions, yoga retreats, tours, weddings and groups of friends.
