Hout Bay has more than 47 guest houses and Bed and Breakfast facilities and is close to the famous Llandudno surfing beach, seal island, Chapman’s peak and offers a wide range of activities & attractions within easy reach of central Cape Town. Hout Bay Backpackers has grown from strength to strength and has recently moved to a prime location on the beach near the harbour where it accommodates up to 30 people in en-suite dorms & private rooms. The lodge is run as a division of ALL OUT AFRICA, an organization that operates in Swaziland, South Africa and Mozambique and runs two other accommodation facilities (one in Swaziland and one in Mozambique) plus a range of responsible tours & volunteer experiences (www.alloutafrica.com).
