Assistant Manager Position in Washington
The world famous Green Tortoise Hostel in Seattle, Washington is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will posses the following:
* previous hostel experience - knowing about the good vibes when travelling and what it takes to bring that atmosphere to our guests.
* enjoy working with a diverse staff and getting them organized, trying to get the best out of everyone to create a cohesive team that enjoys their job and creates a good working atmosphere.
* able to juggle more than one thing at a time- marketing, HR, controlling and general management duties as well as working the front desk. A flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
* last but not least...must posses papers to legally work in the US.
