Chef positon on small, lovely Caribbean island

On one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean, we offer a chef position at our hotel kitchen. Our small dive center - hotel - bar - restuarant is looking for a nice person to run our kitchen together with one local kitchen help. 60 seat restaurant with beautiful terasses overlooking the Caribbean sea (500 Meter high). 10-40 dinner daily, six day week (Sundays off) for dinner shift 2- 10pm (Fridays 3pm-12am). Buffets and special days and offers, daily specials and good and friendly workingrelationship with collegues. Chef must be a team player, cost control minded, flexible and friendly. Order and hygiene control, stock control. Most important is that the candidate can life on a small island and enjoys his/her work. Restaurant was renovated a month ago and looks like a lounge style place (black, grey, red). New menu needed. One year contract minimum, paperwork required for immigration. Social premiums, health insurance and approx. two weeks paid vacation. Salary wishes? Hotel owner on the tiny island of Saba in the Caribbean
