International Tour Company seeks Operations Manager for Krakow
A dynamic and international city tour company is seeking an operations manager for their Krakow office.
Main responsibilities include:
- Day to day running of our Krakow Old Town store and daily walking, bike and Segway tours
- Recruitment, training and management of our tour guide and store staff team
- Building local sales relationships and developing our tour portfolio in Krakow
- Overseeing all administrative duties related to our operations
- Communicating with country manager
Ideal candidate will have:
- Fluent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Polish
- Excellent ability to learn, with high level of motivation
- At least 2 years experience in tourism and/or hospitality
- Local knowledge of Krakow and the surrounding area
- Experience of working in and managing a team
- Outstanding organisational, administrative and customer service skills
- A proven track record of problem solving and flexibility
