Director of a new Youth Hostel in Madrid (Spain)

Our company manages accommodation for young people. We are about to open our first Youth Hostel in Madrid (Spain), an entire building of 9 floors, and we are looking for people committed to our philosophy of making our customers make the most of their visit
Responsibilities:
- Control and management of reserves by different channels
- Coordinate and monitor customer service
- Manage and support the receptionists team
- Coordinate and supervise activities with clients
- Supervise the hostel providers
- Supervise the cleaning and maintenance departments
- Supervise the operation of the bar
- Monitor and report the income statement: revenue and costs
- Assist in the team's training
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years as director or deputy director of hotel / guesthouse / hostel
- Languages: fluent at least in Spanish and English
- Experience in using Property Management Systems
- Great leadership and problem solving capabilities
- Customer-oriented profile, work experice with young audience would be preferred
