BED Hostel in Colombo, Sri Lanka is looking for a new manager ASAP to join their young and friendly team of travellers. We're a new hostel which is already receiving rave reviews (http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Review-g293962-d6439383-Reviews-Bed_Hostels_Colombo-Colombo_Western_Province.html).

We are looking for someone who:
> energetic and enthusiastic about the hostel industry and travel in general
> has experience in management, ideally in other hostels
> has experience in customer service and knows what makes a great experience
> is organised and proactive in their tasks

The hostel is small with 20 beds but will be expanding shortly. You will be overseeing this expansion whilst ensuring our reviews maintain their great standard.
