FOOD & BAR LEADER at LATROUPE Grand Place Brussels, Belgium
We are looking for a great new team member to join our team as a Food & Beverage Bar Leader in our 228 beds new generation Hostel in Brussels.
The tasks will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for the overall running of the F&B areas ensuring an efficient and effective operation (kitchen plus bar)
Strive at all times for 100% customer satisfaction & resolve any service issues satisfactorily
Be innovative, approachable and have the ability to quickly build a strong rapport with guests and customers
Provide the best service by understanding all aspects of product knowledge for the creation and dispense of drinks and table maintenance
Ensure the bar is always fully stocked i.e. glasses, ice, garnishes, cocktail mixtures and is ready to trade in
Ensure that there is enough produce and goods available to the customer at all times
Ensure the bar area is well presented at all times
Know all statutory legislation and ensure H&S, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene compliance
Develop and train all employees within your charge in order that they perform to the required standard
Communicate effectively so that the team understands its goals and is motivated to achieve them
To ensure that the procedure for cash reconciliation is carried out correctly and the float always balances in accordance with the cash handling procedures
