Free Training and work experience for assistant managers in Thailand
If you are looking for UNPAID free Accommodation, in Thailand we are looking for Assistant Managers to work with our Managers/Franchisees duties are listed below.
Assistant Managers Duties
The day is made up of a total 8 hours’ work schedule. 5 Days per week. (Weekend work will be required but we will be as flexible as possible in the actual time and days worked)
First Shift 11.00am to 13.00
Specific Duties:
• Ensure guests checking out are handled correctly and the set procedure for cashiers/ receptionist is adhered to.
• Ensure guests are prompted to leave a review
• Take pictures of departing guests and upload with farewell message on Social Media sites.
• Welcome new arrivals and ensure the correct procedures are followed by cashiers/ receptionist.
Second Shift 17.00 to 23.00
Specific Duties:
• Welcome new arrivals and ensure the correct procedures are followed by cashiers/ receptionist.
• Ensure hand overs from outgoing cashier/receptionist are correct (cash book, reporting sheets, stock takes etc.)
• On line Booking systems are correct Close/open rooms/beds
• Input accounts
• Evening entertainment schedules are followed e.g. bug and fruit tasting nights
Daily Duties:
• Security and fire checks
• Environmental checks
• Health and safety food areas
• Tour facilities are offered
• Rentals of motor vehicles are managed.
• Repairs and gardening schedule is adhered to.
• Complaints are dealt with immediately and reported to the manager.
