REQUIREMENTS (please read)
-Experience cooking in active, commercial kitchens (at least 6 months).
-Hard-working, positive, productive attitude.
-Knowledge of and/or ability to learn about extensive vegetarian cuisine and food prep.
-Self-motivated.
-Great organizational and multi-tasking skills.
-Team player attitude.
-Flexible.
We make 90% of our food from scratch. All dishes are VEGAN based. We make our own tempeh, tofu, veggie milks, breads, etc...
