Your Role:
As our Party Rep / Customer Experience Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind SocialTel’s lively atmosphere. You’ll set the vibe, create unforgettable memories, and ensure that every guest feels like a part of our tight-knit community. Whether you’re curating epic events, sparking spontaneous connections, or simply ensuring that our guests have the time of their lives, your energy and passion will be the pulse of our space.
What You'll Do:
Be the Life of the Party:
Own the SocialTel vibe by planning, promoting, and hosting unforgettable events—from pool parties and themed nights to impromptu gatherings that turn strangers into lifelong friends.
Create Epic Guest Experiences:
Serve as the friendly face for our guests, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they step into our space. Engage with guests daily, listen to their feedback, and proactively solve any issues to create truly memorable experiences.
Be a Connection Catalyst:
Spark conversations and foster a community where guests can connect, collaborate, and celebrate life. Work closely with our team to ensure that every corner of SocialTel buzzes with creative energy and good vibes.
Manage On-Ground Operations:
Oversee daily guest engagements, coordinate with facility staff and partners, and ensure all SocialTel events and experiences are executed flawlessly.
Bring Your Creative Flair:
Develop innovative ideas that drive guest participation and enhance SocialTel’s reputation as the ultimate social playground for travelers. Your creativity will help shape the brand’s narrative and leave a lasting impression on every guest.

An energetic, extroverted individual with an infectious passion for hospitality and social experiences.

Creative and resourceful, with a knack for turning everyday moments into extraordinary experiences.
Highly organized and a problem-solver, comfortable juggling multiple tasks while maintaining your cool.
Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or customer experience is a plus—but your personality and drive are what truly matter.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Thai is a bonus.
