Head of Business Development Spain & Portugal
The Oasis Backpackers' Hostels one of the top-awarded hostel chains in southern Europe , member of EFH, is sourcing staff for a key position within the business.
The head of business development should come with a sound experience of the hostel industry, a thoughtful vision about future markets and tendencies, the ability to develop substantial business plans and following them successfully.
This key figure to the business will be overlooking and guiding the general operational managers and heading the business administration departments.
The successful candidate profile has a sound industry knowledge with years working her/ his way up, a good command of business English and Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. Weekly travel to all hostels is required.
