Hostal Manager in Finca San Rafael in Minca

We're a small hostel located outside of Minca (Magdalena) very quit with private road in the middle of nature in an traditional coffee and cacao Finca with total 4 rooms in the main house and separated 4 persons dorm . We've in an separate houses accommodation for our staff, our colombian Finca workers are professional coffee and cacao farmers, 1 cook.

Ability to manage our guest booked over different internet partners coming all around the world.
To organize our daily guest for horse/mule back riding, coffee and cacao tours, bird watching, hiking
Some responsibilities include : Front desk, Check-in/out process, arranging transport to/from the finca for clients, organizing tours with our local guides, talking with clients on a daily basis during meal times to make sure their stay is going well and to help set up any Sierra Nevada tours, airport, transport, yoga classes etc.

Ability to manage our guest booked over different internet partners coming all around the world.
Computer skills: Email, excel, file maker, PMS
Needed languales: Spanisch spoken/written , English spoken/written, any other language is welcome
