Hostel on Croatian Party Island looking for Volunteers

Hostel Marinero is a mall-medium sized hostel providing budget friendly accommodation and a great atmosphere on the stunningly beautiful and glamorous island of Hvar off the Croatian Coast. We also have an attached restaurant and are located a mere 20 meters from the glittering lights of the riva!
What we are offering:
-Free accommodation right in Hvar-town (staff apartment)
-Free food from the attached restaurant
-Free drinks in Kiva bar downstairs for entertaining guests.
What we are looking for:
-Fluent english. Most guests are English native speakers so being comfortable to socialise / explain anything in English is a must.
-Friendly and outgoing people, socialising and hanging out with guests is a major part of the job.
-Knows how to have a good night out! We are not really a party hostel, but Hvar's summer clubbing scene is world famous and you have the opportunity to be THE party guide for our guests.
-Any other languages (especially Croatian / other slavic) and previous hostel experience are not required but very highly rated!
The job consists only of doing reception (managing bookings / check in / close up), organising day activities for guests, socialising and entertaining guests in the evening.
The minimum stay we are looking for is at least 2 months starting from the beginning of June, if you can stay longer that is obviously a good thing!
