Hola, Hotel Casa Pochomil is looking for 2 people to manage the establishment. * Hotel Description : Casa Pochomil offers 5 rooms, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a pool table, a ping pong table and proposes services of surfboards for rent, surf lessons, ATV rental and excursions and horse riding. It is a new beachfront hotel which already has an excellent reputation on sites such as Booking.com or Tripadvisor. You can see pictures and read about the hotel on our website : www.casapochomil.com or http://www.booking.com/ Casa Pochomil * Employment Conditions : - We are looking for a calm, friendly but professional, dynamic, flexible manager. - Available by June 20th 2015. - Minimum stay 3 months. - Management and/or hospitality experience. - Computer literacy (Excel). - Fluent English and Spanish, ideally some French speaking. * Living Conditions : We offer: - Fixed salary: 150$US/month + 10% client’s consuming + tips - A bed in our staff room (2 persons max, to share with the other manager). - Some basic food (Pasta, rice, beans, eggs, potatoes, onions, oil…) - Free access to kitchen. - Internet (WIFI connection available everywhere in the hotel). - Free laundry access. - If you are high level surfers, you can also make 20$US/2h by giving surf lessons. * Work Conditions and Tasks : - 3,5 days per week. - Workday starts between 6-7AM with the supervision of breakfast and ends at 10PM, with some breaks during the day. - Assure check-in / check-out of hotel guests. - Take payments. - Answer customer emails and telephone calls. - Handle the reservation system and Booking. - Take full responsibility for the guest's comfort. - Oversee other staff (Maintenance staff, Cooks, Waiter) - Possibility to have flexible schedules and days with the other manager. - Other tasks as necessary. * Training : 5 days training are required which are not paid but you have the accommodation as mentioned before. * Contact : Email your CV and letter of interest to [email protected].
