Hostel Manager Prague

Safestay Hostel Prague , part of a Safestay hotel group , is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Hostel Manager.

Czech language, EU working permit and exellent knowledge about hospitality industry is a must.

Job description:

Responsibility for running the hostel.
Checking the keeping of records of accommodated guests and services provided.
Organization and management of reception staff and maids.
Carrying out checks on the correctness of cash transactions.
Implementation of the schedule of reception staff services.
Providing staff training.
Check the cleanliness of the rooms.
Breakfast control - maintaining quality and cleanliness at breakfast.
Regular reporting to the company's HQ management in London.

Required skills and knowledge

arrival from May 2021
experience at hotel reception, knowledge of OTA, work with channel manager etc etc
excellent English language, another language advantage
at least secondary education with GCSE
knowledge of working on a PC (MS Office)
ability to lead and motivate small team
