Hostel Reservationist Position Offered - London

Smart Space Group has grown to become the leading independent hostel provider in London and is looking for reservation staff to join our groups department in central London.
The job will include dealing with group requests from major tour operators and processing them on the reservations system, negotiating rates, good communication with the hostels, dealing with any problems/complaints, and any other ad hoc duties. You may also on occasions be required to attend trade fairs and other industry events.
Candidates should have at least 12 months experience in the reservations department preferably in the hospitality industry. Knowledge of another language would be useful but not necessary.
We offer competitive salary depending on experience.
