We are based in Austin, TX. However, you will be required to take day trips to Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. Some overnights might be required in Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

The Hostel Shuttle, LLC is aiming to take the hassle out of travel with a door-to-door hostel pick up and drop off service that serves Austin-Dallas-Houston-San Antonio.

The Hostel Shuttle, LLC is owned by two guys who love to travel, love Texas, and know what it’s like to be in a foreign country without adequate means of transportation.
Job Description/Who We Are Looking for:
The main job here is pretty obvious-drive a shuttle. But, we’re looking for someone who is more than simply a safe, punctual driver. We are looking for someone who can engage and effectively communicate with a young, sometimes overly excited, international crowd. If you don’t like meeting new people, experiencing new things, or get you get annoyed with people who aren’t the same as you, you’re probably not right for this position.
Job Requirements
US Citizen
Valid US Driver’s License
Clean Driving Record (Yes, we’ll check, so please don’t apply if you’ve had a DUI, DWI, etc.)
Pass Initial and Periodic Drug Tests
25 Years of Age or older if Male : 21+ Years of Age or older if Female (Insurance Purposes)
Travel Experience; Preferably International. (That senior class trip to Cancun does not count.)
Comfortability using Social Media
Comfortability with Tech in General (Almost all of our daily operations will be done via tablet; such as online bookings, taking payment, following routes, etcetera.)
Flexibility (This is a startup, nothing is going to be set in stone. If you’re someone who needs their schedule a month in advance, please don’t bother applying.)
Patience (If you haven’t noticed, Austin is busy and the roads are too. The highways aren’t expanding as quickly as the population, therefore you’ll be waiting in traffic with a shuttle full of travelers. If you get testy sitting in traffic, this isn’t the job for you.)

Depends on level of skill level.
