FeelGood Hostel Tallinn is searching for new volunteers. We have 42 beds in a renovated house in the center of Tallinn. We are looking for people from 1st of october to help in the hostel everyday life.
What we expect from you:
- Work in the reception, do check ins, help out the guests when they arrive (with maps and recommendations)
- Do the everyday cleaning during your shift( vacuum common areas, maintain kitchen, toilets and showers clean, clean and change long terms sheets every week for which we assign a a different volunteer for every week)
- To be reliable
- Want to work and come with fresh new ideas and team spirit
- Have some cleaning knowledge and want to clean
- To be honest
- Want to work at least 3-4 12 hours shift a week (depending on how many staff members we are)
- To be outgoing and want to interact with the guests
- Have common sense and don´t be afraid to step in when necessary
- To be adaptable and like the winter (we have an alcohol shop around the corner to keep you warm for the Estonian winter ;) )
- Want to party and organize parties, pub-crawls, dinners with the guests, movie night, ...
What will you get out working as a volunteer at FeelGood?:
- Free accommodation in the staff room!
- 40% discount plus 2 euros a day in the Noorus bar.
- You can improve your english, as we all the staff members speak english to each other
- Awesome chill staff and good memories
- If you enjoy biking in the winter we you will have the possibility to use the bikes for free
- We work 8 hours shift, at the moment from 1-9 9-17 17-1 (always being changed), you will get 10 euros per shift( the first 8 hour shift of the week is for free)
