Live in Night Receptionist in Busy City Centre in Liverpool UK

We are a well established Backpackers Hostel in the heart of Liverpool.


We are looking for a night Receptionist.

The main responsibilities of this position include a full reception service to hostel guests to support the smooth running of the hostel including check-in/out, handling customer enquiries and providing information, guidance and support for guests and their onward travels, general customer service in addition to supporting the kitchen and housekeeping departments.A level of security is also part of this position regular floor checks and management of in house groups.
