One of the best hostels in Madrid is looking for some helpers with basic english and basic spanish, for a minimum 2 months. They would work in the breakfast shift, (serving the breakfast,just a few hours). In return the helpers receive free acommodation among other things (breakfast, wifi, free activities..).
