Manage or Work in Beach Backpackers in Honduras

Looking for 2 people to manage my hostel while I travel, preferably a couple. Ideally I would like the couple to arrive asap and stay for 6 months or more. We have a lot of transient staff that stay for 1-3 months. Your job would be to manage them as well as keep up the daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities that come with operating a hostel/bar/restaurant. You MUST be proactive and trustworthy, have a strong work ethic and management experience, appreciate the traveller life and have the ability to deal with a wide variety of people.
