manager needed in Tallinn Backpackers
Hello there,
We are looking for a new manager to run Tallinn Backpackers. We are located in the city center (Old Town) in a very nice medieval building. For us, having fun and socializing with the guests are essential. We are already pretty well established, but we think that we can do even better, so we are looking for someone that can bring that little bit extra.
What we need is a person with:
- organizing skills
- high cleaning standards
- customer service/people-skills
- an eye for details
- pro active thinking skills
What we need you to do is:
- manage the staff
- go above and beyond to make sure all guests have a great time
- manage all the duties that come with the job (front desk, cleaning, administration/cash handling, back office systems, etc)
We need you to be fully dedicated and prepared to work whenever the hostel needs you. Experience as a hostel manager or worker is a huge plus.
What we offer you, apart from the time of your life, is free accommodation, a decent basic salary and bonuses based on performances.
