Marketing Assistant
Generator Hostels is one of the leading travel hostels within the budget accommodation travel industry with branches in Berlin and London.
Generator Hostel is a growing company and we are seeking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to join our growing Sales and Marketing department.
The Sales and Marketing department has expanded its current team and we are now seeking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to concentrate on marketing Generator hostels on all available social networking sites.
Your main functions will be:
• Marketing Communications
Your main tasks will include:
• Online Communications which includes all social networking channels (e.g. Web 2.0, forums, blogs, Videos)
• Generator Website (e.g. Reviews, Videos and Images)
• Relationship marketing (e.g. newsletters, mail shots, viral marketing)
Additional duties may include:
• Visiting all Generator Hostels (e.g video diaries, reviews, photos)
• Visiting competitor hostels (Mystery Guest and creating reports)
• Assisting the marketing team
Key qualities required:
• Ability to make video and able to edit, experience a benefit
• Good computer skills (with WEB 2.0 experience)
• Any Spoken and written languages are beneficial, however are not essential.
• Positive and Fun attitude
• Creative and Imaginative
• Good communication skills
• Company confidentially at all times
Working terms and conditions
• 40 hours per week
• Fixed term contract for 10 months from 1st May 2010 to 31 December 2010
• Pay £15,600.00 per annum
