The Monk's Bunk in Tallinn is looking for a new manager
Hello there,
Starting from March 1 we will need a new manager for The Monk's Bunk. We are a 70 bed hostel in the center of Tallinn, which reopened a year ago with brand new facilities and a hostel bar. We aim to be a social, chilled place with live-in staff who actively involve our guests.
What we need is a person with:
- organizing skills
- people skills to manage the staff members
- very high cleaning standards
- customer service/people-skills
- an eye for details
- pro active thinking skills
- outgoing personality
What we need you to do is:
- make sure the hostel run smoothly on an operational level
- manage the staff
- go above and beyond to make sure all guests have a great time
- manage all the duties that come with the job (front desk, cleaning, administration/cash handling, back office systems, etc)
Basically, you must be a bit crazy in your head about the whole business. It is something with what you pretty much wake up and go to bed, so you have to be fully dedicated and prepared to work whenever the hostel needs you. Experience as a hostel manager or worker is a huge plus.
