No Limit Hostels Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Hostel Manager to lead the No Limit Hostels group. The current portfolio is compiled of 3 properties in Barcelona, Spain; 3 properties in Lisbon, Portugal; and 1 property is La Habana, Cuba.

The position best fits someone hungry to adapt and move the hostels to a better standing and who is ready to help keep the hostels as well as the guest experience in line with the industry as it evolves. Applicants must have at least 2 years of previous hostel management experience.

The applicant must demonstrate abilities as follows:
- High level of self-motivation and discipline
- Receptive to travel between hostel locations
- Must have legal working status in Spain, and Portugal
- Receptive to startups in new locations
- Lead team to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Creation and Implementation of company policies to better the company
- Ensure business operational costs are controlled
- Ensure building maintenance is kept to an appropriate level
- Must speak a high level of English and Spanish
