Our company specializes in designing, building, and operating student accommodations and hostels in the US, UK, and Asia. However, we also have a fantastic reservations platform that we’ve developed, which we have begun licensing out to other hostels & hotels.

As a sales manager, you will learn everything behind how a SaaS start-up works as we transition from start-up to profitability. We’ve spent a considerable amount of resources using our expertise in running hostels to develop the software & envision other hostels around the world utilizing it to help run their own operations with the same seamless integration.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:
(70%) Phone Sales & Customer Onboarding. We use a variety of sales tools like Infusionsoft and Slack to communicate with our new clients. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and setting up new clients.
(30%) Project Management. We have a team of developers that design and code everything. It will be your job to take feedback from the clients and work with the developers to explain the features as well as ensure project modules are on a deadline.
Candidates who apply should have the following minimum qualifications:
* warm, friendly personality
* extensive sales & CRM / Salesforce experience
* past success with entrepreneurial & independent/freelance activities
* detail oriented and experience managing & delegating to others
* intermediate experience with spreadsheets
The Sales and Community Manager will receive the following:
* salary commensurate with experience
* international iphone linked to company data/text plan
* travel & per diem corporate expense card when abroad
