Spend summer on west coast of Ireland..must like gardening and outdoor work;)

I live in Westport on the west coast of Ireland and run a 29 bed hostel in a converted old monastery. Looking for someone from May to end of August who can do 6 hours work a week in the garden and be on site from 11pm to 8am every night(can be sleeping) in exchange for own room, toilet, free laundry, wifi, access to self catering kitchen, dining room, sitting room etc.
No problem if you want to take on another job during the day, once you are there at night. Although I need someone there, it's a fairly quiet house and it's rare that you'd be disturbed (in the event that someone is locked out or has some problem during the night) This position would suit someone who is into working outdoors, is sociable but self sufficient and fluent in English. Please reply only if you can stay until the end of August. Thanks a lot,
