Summer hostel worker needed in Roatan (Honduras)

I have a small hostel on the beautiful, sunny island of Roatan (www.roatanbackpackers.com) , off the coast of Honduras, and need someone to take care of it for me while we're gone for 2 months this summer. Would need a 3 month commitment, arriving end of May to spend some time while I'm here, and then we'll be gone end of June until end of August. I'm looking for someone late 20's or older, fluent in English and Spanish, with great people skills. Previous hostel/hotel work would be great, but not mandatory. It would just be a couple hours of work a day (cleaning the bathrooms and common areas, laundry, some gardenings, cleaning the pool, welcoming any new guests, feeding the cat and dog), so you'd still have plenty of time to dive, snorkel etc. In exchange, you'd get a free stay, and a % of the bookings.
