The Role itself involves:

1. Recruiting Training and Monitoring Staff.
2. Meeting and Greeting customers.
3. Regular liaising with the owner regarding driving the business forward.
4.Dealing with customers comments and complaints.
5. Addressing problems and troubleshooting the role may involve some light maintenance work.
6. Ensuring the Building is safe and secure and the CCTV is working effectively.
7. Carrying out regular inspections of the building and services.
8. Ensuring the business is compliant with Licensing, Health and safety and other statutory requirments.
9. Planning work schedules for all staff members.
10. Ad Hoc duties.

The Ideal Candidate will

Have proven experience in Managing people, Have cash Handling experience, will have a passion for Hostels as the role is LIVE IN ONLY. Have many years experience in hospitality i.e Bars, Hotels and Hostels.
