Volunteers needed in Tamarindo Costa Rica
We are looking for fun out going people that want to spend time in Costa Rica. The hostel is located 3 minutes from the beach with some of the best views in Tamarindo. Our close proximity to multiple beaches makes it easy to sneak away for some beach/surf time. The staff is laid back and friendly; which is why we are looking for more of the same. The hostel bar is located Directly above and has an amazing nightlife. There is always something going on up their; whether, it is poker, live music, karaoke, or just playing pool and drinking at sunset.
Right now we are looking for people to help in the reception. In Exchange for a few hours of work a day you receive a bed, access to all our special events, discounted drinks and a chance to have the time of your life. As you may or may not know we are coming up on high season down here. Tamarindo will soon be bombarded by tourists from around the world as well as amazing waves. This is an opportunity to enjoy Costa Rica during the prime time of the year at a fraction of the cost, all while meeting people from around the world who are here to have the time of there lives. My goal is to travel the world. I started working in hostels on my first trip and fell in love. The ability to really get to know people and a specific place very well is an amazing experience. My first hostel jobs were in Nicaragua. Now four years later I have great friendships and have learned so much about the history and culture. I am very people oriented and love to interact with people from around the world. I fish for a living in alaska but I find it very hard to not stay busy even when traveling which is why I usually find work in hostels or running tours. Since my work is seasonal I have several months a year to travel which is great. I have references upon request
