Volunteers for the night shift in exchange for a free bed

We are a small hostel in Belgrade, Serbia, have 20 beds. We need someone who will work third shift from 22 to 06h in exchange for a free bed in the 6 bed dorm. His duties would be to take care that overnight guests have peace( no noise between 23 and 06h), to open the door and receive guests if someone comes at night. In real terms during the night in the season has one or two arrivals during the night. We are looking for workers who will be there at least a month and priority will be given to those who wish to stay a complete season.
