Wanna work in South America (Peru): Either Cusco or Lima?

This is a hostel owner who likes to have cool people from around the world working in the hostel's bars. I own one hostel in Lima (close to the beach-6km) and a hostel in Cusco (one of the best cities to hang out). We need people for any one of them. Our hostels are not party hostels but we always have nice crowds wanting to have some good time at the bar. We can offer bed and breakfast in exchanege of 4 days of your work in the bar per week (3 days free in a row so you can do whatever).
