Web Developer & Digital Marketing Hostel Exchange (Santiago, Chile)

If you have some experience as web developer & Digital Marketing and like hostel environment attending and socializing with people, then this opportunity might be for you.

We are looking for a young web expert who would like to help us to bring our website and digital marketing strategy to the next level while doing other typical hostel jobs.

Note: Could be done as an exchange or student internship.

We offer in Exchange:
- To cover living cost ( room + breakfast)
- Some money, enough to cover food in Santiago.
- 3 to 4 months project.

Requirements:
Good knowledge on web development (traditional & mobile), digital marketing, social media, online advertising, SOE, google tools, etc, etc.

- Recently graduated or graduating student with the right combination of technical & digital marketing background
- knowledge on wed development (wordpress), social media, online ads, SEO, google tools.
- Willing to alternate this project with reception hours attending customers.
- Languages: English a must. Others such as Spanish and/or Portuguese an advantage.
- Good interpersonal relations, and customer service.
- Starting early 2014 (February).

Project details:
- Analyse the overall hostel digital marketing strategy, propose redesign and changes if necessary.
- Review present website, propose and implement possible changes, making it more appealing, easy to navigate and effective to customers and for the business.
- See if possible to modify present website for mobile access.
- Apply latest SEO techniques, social media network and other digital marketing tools.
- Alternate this project with reception attending customers & others hostel task.
