Work Exchange on Accounting, Management & Control (Hostel in Santiago, Chile)
If you are a young professional with some experience on accounting, business performance management & control at hostel operations, this is for you. We are looking for an exchange of about 6 months asignment in Santiago, Chile to help us in reviewing hostel overall accounting, information and control systems in a small/medium size hostel.
The person should do typical hostel task on reception and others, plus help us to improve present accounting & management systems. Important to be sociable and like hostel environment.
This is an ideal opportunity for young business & accounting professional (26's to 30' s) who wants to do a work exchange placement in a fun hostel in Santiago.
Key info:
- Starting January-February 2016.
- Women preferred.
- Minimum of about 5 to 6 months commitment.
- Lodging and breakfast included.
- Plus some extra money allowance (enough to cover food and other expenses).
- Some extra money can be done on tour sales.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English. Some Spanish knowledge or any additional language (Portuguese, French, etc) a plus.
- Some experience on accounting, business management reporting, control and performance management in hostels.
- Hopefully some knowledge of hospitality and reservation systems.
- Very sociable and high adaptability and flexibility to do other hostel jobs as well.
