Looking for a job/exchange in hostel

My name is Alessandro and I'm 22 yo guy from Italy. I'm looking for a Job/exchange in a hostel, preferably in Spain or Portugal. 

I'm a fast learner, hard worker, ready to any challenge. I have experience in bartending, serving, cooking and also social work.

I speak fluent english and spanish, beginner with french and portuguese.
