Good evening: I am a student in the U.S. who will be graduating this May with a degree in Communication Studies. I am looking for "non-traditional" post-graduate opportunities and immediately thought of working in a hostel. Although I do not have experience in the tourism industry, I currently work as a Front Desk Assistant in one my university's residence halls, and have plenty of experience providing customer service and hospitality to the students who live here. Duties include: answer phone calls, providing information to all questions, signing students in, and other administrative duties. I am a fast learner, disciplined, and extremely organized.
