work exchange in Costa Rica at the beach lodge in Santa Teresa

We are offering receptionist job to travelers in our family owned lodge - funky monkey lodge. We usually work with travelers that are willing to stay min. 2 month and work 4 hour shift a day in reception area in exchange for accommodation (no salary, you can make some commission on sold tours, we may also need some help in our restaurant). You will be sharing room with other 2 or 3 receptionists and the job is very simple . (attention to client, check in, check out, basic cleaning the reception area, hanging and folding laundry if necessary..) We look for friendly and easy communicative people, that like to work in group. We do not accept laziness and disrespect. English and Spanish is required. (at lies communication level) All the rest of the day is free, you can get a paid job or just hang around, surf etc.. We may be unable to promise a free spot at the very moment you decide to come, but things are changing a lot, so there is always a chance.
