Youth hostel manager looking for a post in winter (not necessarily management)

Hi all, I have 3 years of hospitality experience in the UK and France (hostels and hotels). I'm Currently the manager of a 64 bed hostel in France. I am looking for work for the upcoming winter season due to my current contract being a summer one. I speak fluent English and French and have experience of managing staff i.e hours, pay, etc. I obviously am competent in all aspects or hostel work and can fill any role required. Thanks !
